wagamama is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to run the pass, lead the team, and bring the buzz to a fast-paced kitchen. This role is built for head chefs in the making, with real responsibility and impact.

You’ll manage prep, mentor chefs, and uphold the brand’s standards while delivering fresh, high-energy service in a lively environment.

• Run the pass and lead the kitchen team during service.
• Maintain high food quality and keep the kitchen vibes sky-high.
• Mentor chefs and support their growth and development.
• Jump into prep, solve problems, and keep pace during busy shifts.
