Job summary

wagamama in Milton Keynes is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to run the pass, lead the kitchen team and drive energy across busy services. You’ll be responsible for maintaining food quality, coaching chefs and keeping pace on the line, with real opportunity to advance toward head chef.

• Currently a kitchen manager or senior sous chef aiming to take the next step.
• Experience in busy service with fresh food.
