wagamama is hiring a senior sous chef to run the pass, lead the team, and inject energy into a fast-paced kitchen focused on fresh food. This is a role built for head chefs in the making, with real responsibility, real impact, and real food.

You'll oversee food quality and kitchen vibes, mentor chefs to grow, jump into prep when needed, and tackle problems to keep pace. Expect a Kaizen mindset—spotting small improvements and making them happen—to continuously elevate service.
