We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic Senior Sous Chef with excellent leadership skills to assist the Head Chef in leading our RenMor kitchen brigade. The RenMor Kitchen provides exceptional food, and our menus change with the seasons, reflecting the best local produce from a small group of trusted suppliers.
RenMor – means ‘Restaurant by the Sea.’ With sweeping views over the Atlantic and an open kitchen, our customers will enjoy an unforgettable culinary experience.

Salary and Contract:
This is a full-time, permanent position based on a 48-hour week, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
