Salary: 46,000 package

• 3,000 to 3,500 service charge per year

What's involved?
As the successful Sous Chef, you will support a talented Head Chef and team, to maintain consistency across the restaurant.

Previous experience required would be working to a similar 2AA Rosette, and be comfortable with running all aspects of the kitchen operation in the absence of the Head Chef.
