Job description

Job Title: Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:30

Team: Catering Manager and 3 General Assistants

Pay: £17.00 - £20.00 per hour (PAYE), depending on experience

Start Date: Monday, 12th May, ongoing, paid weekly

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee breakfast and lunch services, with some dinner preparation.
2. Manage a fresh produce menu, requiring experience with fresh ingredients.
3. Maintain a clean and well-organized site, ensuring efficiency and hygiene.
4. Lead and motivate the team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
5. Communicate effectively with team members and other staff.
6. Uphold professionalism and positivity at all times.
