Job summary

Anglian Country Inns in East Anglia is seeking a confident Sous Chef to support the Head Chef, lead a busy kitchen and drive standards. You will mentor your team, ensure safety and consistency, and deliver the "Wow" moments for guests while upholding Anglian values.

In this role you will collaborate closely with suppliers, plan key events, and model the responsibilities expected within our growing hospitality family.

Qualifications

• Experience as sous chef or senior line cook.
• Strong leadership and team development.
• Excellent communication with Head Chef and teammates.
• Ability to maintain high standards in a busy kitchen.
