Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food prep, cooking, and plating
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet standards before serving
• Maintain a positive team environment through meetings, incentives, and recognition
• Conduct inductions for new starters following company procedures
• Manage Sous Chefs to ensure training standards are met
• Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
• Maintain and repair kitchen equipment as necessary
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management for timely service
• Handle customer complaints related to food quality or service
• Treat everyone with respect and stay calm under pressure

Required Qualifications & Experience:
