Role Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our talented kitchen team of 20 chefs.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Sous Chef in a quality, fresh food operation, such as a luxury hotel, high-end restaurant, contract caterer, or event operation.

Most importantly, you should be an excellent team player with strong leadership skills and a commitment to sharing your knowledge with our team.

We have a strong track record of developing and promoting our staff, offering widespread opportunities for growth.
