Job summary

Scotsman Hospitality in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our rosette kitchen team. You will support the Head Chef in daily kitchen management and contribute to menu planning across our venues.

You will develop junior chefs, supervise operations, ensure legislative compliance, and deputise for the Head Chef when required. We offer career progression, staff meals on duty, flexible working, and access to our Scotsman Steps training programme and perks portal.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Head Chef in the day to day management of the kitchen.
• Being involved in all aspects of the kitchen operation, in addition to menu compilation, developing junior members of the team, and ensuring that all aspects of the operation comply with legislative requirements.
• Fully deputise for the Head Chef in their absence.

The Role

As Senior Sous Chef, your role will include:
