Parogon Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to join the leadership team and help deliver outstanding dining experiences. You will work closely with the Head Chef and General Manager to craft fantastic food while mentoring and inspiring the kitchen team to reach their full potential.

The role offers a strong compensation package with up to £15 per hour, a performance bonus up to 10%, and a share of service charges, elevating total annual earnings.

• Up to £15 per hour (Approx. £2,900 every 4-weeks or £37,400 pa)
• Super achievable bonus up to 10% of your basic (Approx. £3,740 pa)
• Shared Service charge (Avg. £8,700 pa)
• Total Potential Package = £49,8400 per year
