Our client, International college in Brighton is currently searching for a motivated senior sous chef to work in their school kitchen. As the new sous chef, you will running a busy kitchen and supporting the head chef producing food from fresh ingredients and to be help deliver a smooth lunch service. Working days for this role are Monday – Sunday and hours will vary depending on the rota’s requirements.

What’s involved?
