Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Sourcing strategy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Negotiate cost price increases and communicate timelines.
• Collaborate with suppliers to reduce costs.
• Analyze sales figures to plan future product lines.
• Work with development teams to maintain product quality.
• Always seek new suppliers to deliver a stronger commercial offer than current suppliers, or to supply new/alternate products and categories to the business.
• Analyse sales figures to plan successful future lines with the own brand team.
• Work closely with the new product development teams to maintain quality levels within products.
• Present reports, figures and trend information to the Senior Management team

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Sourcing strategy for the specified categories within own brand
• Building & maintaining strong relationships with suppliers
• Understand key cost drivers (and impacts) within your category and continuously identify opportunities for improvement
• Full responsibility of negotiation of cost price increases and ensuring timelines are communicated throughout the process.
• Continue to work collaboratively with current suppliers on reducing COGS and expanding the range opportunities
• Maintain outstanding levels of supplier service and work seamlessly with internal departments to resolve issues promptly.
• Always seek new suppliers to deliver a stronger commercial offer than current suppliers, or to supply new/alternate products and categories to the business
• Analyse sales figures to plan successful future lines with the own brand team.
• Work closely with the new product development teams to maintain quality levels within products.
• Present reports, figures and trend information to the Senior Management team

Key Requirements
