  • Oversee contract management, including pricing agreements, SLAs, and supplier performance reviews
  • Track market trends, commodity pricing, and potential supply chain risks to support strategic purchasing decisions
  • Collaborate closely with production, quality assurance, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain accurate procurement data, forecasts, and reports across ERP and purchasing systems
  • Drive cost‑saving initiatives through effective category management and supplier consolidation
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and ethical sourcing requirements
  • Lead, coach, and develop procurement team members to support performance and professional growth

  • Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
  • Solid understanding of food ingredients, packaging, and compliance frameworks (e.g. BRC, HACCP)
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen with a track record of cost optimisation and budget management
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Food Science, or related discipline
