You will curate pairings, train team members, assist cellar operations and stay curious about regions and vintages to enhance guest delight and commercial success.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as Senior Sommelier in luxury hospitality.
• Strong wine knowledge across regions, vintages and producers.
• Recognised wine qualification such as WSET 3+ or CMS advantageous.
• Experience in wine service, food pairing, cellar management and stock control.
• Collaborative approach to developing team members and sharing knowledge.

• Deliver wine service with thoughtful recommendations and storytelling.
• Create pairings reflecting menu and guest tastes.
• Support day-to-day wine service operations and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with Sommelier, Culinary and Cambridge House teams to deliver memorable experiences.

• Assist with cellar organisation, stock control and wine storage.

• Maintain professional standards, responsible service and cellar safety.
