The Twenty Two London Hotel is seeking a Senior Sommelier to elevate our wine programme and guest experience. You will deliver world-class wine service, provide expert recommendations, and guide guests through curated pairings in a luxury setting.

In this hands-on role, you will manage cellar operations, coordinate with management and kitchen teams, and mentor junior staff while maintaining impeccable presentation and stock control.

Qualificações

• Previous experience as a Senior Sommelier or Sommelier in luxury settings.
• Excellent knowledge of wines, spirits, and beverages.
• Strong organisational and cellar management abilities.
• Experience developing wine pairings and guest recommendations.
• Ability to lead and coach hospitality teams with passion for service.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional wine service with expert recommendations.
• Manage and maintain the wine programme, including stock control.
• Guide guests through wine lists and pairings with menus.
• Coach and inspire the Sommelier and Restaurant teams.
• Collaborate with Head Sommelier, management, and kitchen for pairings.
• Assist with wine ordering, cellar organisation, and supplier relations.
• Represent The Twenty Two with professionalism and attention to detail.
