The ideal candidate has extensive sommelier experience in luxury fine-dining, excellent wine knowledge, and polished communication to tailor recommendations.

Qualifications

• Strong sommelier experience in luxury fine-dining environments.
• Excellent wine knowledge with ability to discuss regions, producers, vintages and pairings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional wine service and guide guests through wine selection.
• Support the continued development of the wine and beverage programme.
• Prepare, present and serve wines to the highest professional standards.
• Collaborate with restaurant leadership to enhance guest beverage experiences.
• Assist with wine cellar and stock management and keep shelves organised.
• Share knowledge with colleagues to develop the wider team's wine understanding.
