ROKA Restaurants in London is seeking a Senior Sommelier to lead wine service and guest experiences at a high-volume, premium dining brand. You will uphold exceptional hospitality and mentor a dynamic front-of-house team.

The role requires proven Sommelier experience, a customer-focused approach, and a collaborative spirit. WSET Level 1/2 is desirable, with a willingness to learn and grow in a globally renowned brand.

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Sommelier to join our vibrant team at ROKA Restaurants. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will embody our passion for exceptional hospitality, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm, memorable welcome from the moment they arrive.

Our Senior Sommeliers are dedicated, hands-on, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, all while upholding ROKA's renowned high standards. Full of personality and professionalism, you'll inspire your team to deliver the outstanding service and seamless guest experience that define us.
