ROKA Charlotte Street is seeking a Senior Sushi Chef to lead the sushi program with creativity, precision, and consistency across every plate. You will support the senior chefs, inspire the brigade, and uphold the brand’s high standards in a fast-paced, premium setting.

You'll thrive in a collaborative kitchen, mentoring junior chefs, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and contributing to the global ROKA reputation for excellence.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Senior Sushi Chef in a premium, high-volume restaurant environment.
• Ability to lead and develop a large sushi brigade with energy and professionalism.
