Job summary

Infios is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant for WMS to guide discovery, translate requirements into scalable warehouse management designs, and deliver tailored demos and proofs of concept that connect operational requirements with measurable business outcomes.

Working with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Delivery, you will address ERP, EDI, API, MHE, WES, and WCS integrations, engaging stakeholders from operations to C-suite and shaping value narratives throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of software/tech experience with six+ years in WMS-focused consulting or presales for medium/complex warehouses.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain execution including WMS receiving, put-away, slotting, wave planning, replenishment, cycle counting, labour management, and RF/voice workflows.
• Proven ability to lead discovery, translate business needs into technical solutions, and deliver advanced demos/POCs linked to KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery sessions to understand warehouse processes, priorities, tech environments, constraints, and goals.
• Translate requirements into scalable WMS solution designs and communicate operation/business value.
• Build and deliver tailored demonstrations and proofs of concept with advanced WMS configuration and test data.
• Guide conversations about ERP, EDI, API, MHE, WES, WCS integrations and related roadmap considerations.
• Engage senior stakeholders with value narratives, ROI analyses, and business cases.
