Job summary

RZR Global is seeking a Solution Engineer to bridge Sales, Customers, and Product/Engineering teams. You will support pre-sales technical consulting and post-sales deployment, helping partners integrate with the Aarkis DSP, troubleshoot issues, and guide technical implementations to ensure successful adoption and customer satisfaction.

With 8–10 years in customer-facing tech roles, you will work across AdTech platforms, APIs, and data pipelines, translating requirements into scalable solutions

Qualifications

8–10 years in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
Experience with AdTech/MarTech or real-time data systems is preferred.
Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python/Java/JavaScript).
Strong SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL.
Experience connecting systems via APIs and building data pipelines.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Provide pre-sales technical consultation and post-sales deployment support for advertisers and partners.
Troubleshoot campaign delivery, data ingestion, and integration issues.
Guide technical implementations and improvements to drive product adoption.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.

Experience in Solutions Engineering/CT

AdTech/MarTech familiarity

Python/Java/JavaScript knowledge
