Grey Matter Recruitment is partnering with a global leader in Retail Media and Commerce technology, expanding across the UK and EMEA, to hire a senior pre-sales and solution consulting specialist.

You will run discovery, shape technical and business requirements, and collaborate with customers to scope custom solutions, influencing product roadmap and GTM initiatives along the way.

Qualifications

• Proven enterprise client engagement and solution consulting experience in commerce SaaS or ad tech.
• Hands-on programmatic advertising experience with DSP platforms.
• Solid understanding of retail media advertising landscapes.

Responsabilités

• Run pre-sales discovery and proof-of-concept engagements.
• Translate client needs into technical and business requirements for custom solutions.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to guide expansion with existing customers.
• Influence product roadmap and GTM strategies from customer perspective.

The company

• Leading SaaS platform powering multi-channel Retail Media operations
• Partners with 100+ retailers & marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Target
• Clients include major global CPG/FMCG, consumer electronics and retail brands

The Role

• Run pre sales discovery and POC's
• Drive client engagement and scope business/technical requirements for custom solutions
• Partner on opportunities from pre-sales discovery through to technical guidance for expansion with existing customers
• Influence Product roadmap, GTM initiatives and product launches based on your unique customer perspective

What we’re looking for

• Proven Enterprise Client Engagement / Solution Consulting experience with Commerce SaaS / Ad Tech
• Hands-on experience with programmatic and DSP platforms such as The Trade Desk or Amazon DSP
• Solid understanding of Retail Media Advertising
