Job Description:

Are you an experienced Solution Design Manager looking to join a well-known, growing global 3PL provider?

Reporting to the Head of Solutions, you will lead a team of Solution Design Managers. This role is responsible for creating, developing, and presenting innovative warehouse solutions for both existing and new customers. You will bring automation and manual warehouse layouts and concepts to life.

You will be involved in producing proposals for customers and supporting the team in new business proposals.

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Solution Design Manager
• WMS Knowledge
• A proven track record of managing end-to-end tender processes
• Strong understanding of industry trends and market dynamics
• Experience with warehouse modelling tools such as AutoCAD
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, from Senior Management to Warehouse teams
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Salary and Benefits Package:

• Salary up to £85,000, depending on experience
