Job summary

Cvent is seeking a customer-facing role in the UK to demonstrate the value of its SaaS event-management platform. You will understand customer needs, tailor product demos for online and onsite sessions, and collaborate with Sales to win business.

The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and cross-functional teamwork across Sales, Product and PM. You will travel for onsite demos as appropriate and develop deep knowledge of Cvent solutions, becoming a Subject Matter Expert

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing or product-related role in SaaS.
• Ability to present to audiences via video and in person.
• Strong written and verbal communication across multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and PM.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the value of the platform during online and onsite product demos.
• Understand customer requirements and show how Cvent solves their pain points.
• Develop relationships and collaborate with Sales to win business.
• Contribute to setup, strategy and design of proofs of concepts for customers.
• Provide customer feedback to Product Management to influence roadmaps.
• Create and maintain collateral, videos, and internal sales resources.
• Assist RFP responses to technical product questions.
• Help train Sales on new product releases and enhancements.
• Travel with Sales executives for onsite demos as needed.
• Develop deep knowledge of all Cvent solutions and act as SME for a product area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
