Job summary

Namely is looking for a Technical Lead in London to support customers leveraging Cvent’s Virtual and Onsite Solutions. You will serve as a key technical contact, ensuring successful events through effective communication and technology troubleshooting.

The successful candidate should have a strong background in event tech, excellent communication skills, and be ready to engage with customers on various solutions. This role includes traveling and managing teams to deliver exceptional event experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience and comfort in using consumer electronics.
• Ability to learn new technology on different OS.
• Previous experience configuring and troubleshooting software/hardware.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical point of contact for events.
• Support customers on using Cvent’s solutions effectively.
• Troubleshoot potential issues to ensure event success.
