Job summary

Eightfold AI is seeking a Solutions Consultant to partner with the Sales Team, customers, and partners. You will define and demonstrate how our AI-powered Talent Intelligence platform can transform business processes, drive adoption, and enable outcomes.

This role emphasizes customer engagement, technical guidance, and collaboration with product teams. Hybrid work with in-person collaboration is emphasized, with offices in London and other global locations.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience
• Solutions Consulting/Sales Engineering experience
• Experience in Talent Intelligence, Human Capital Management, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management desirable
• Exceptional presentation skills in English (other languages a plus)

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers with the Sales Team to define, measure, and execute functional and technical sales discussions
• Discover, identify, and present how Eightfold solutions transform business processes
• Create and lead demonstrations and workshops to showcase the product
• Provide technical and functional guidance during the sales process to ensure deal execution and closure
• Influence product strategy by communicating customer feedback to the product team
• Lead the design and delivery of solutions for prospects and customers
• Maintain customer relationships pre- and post-sale with ongoing support
• Communicate the technology vision to business leaders
• Represent Eightfold at marketing events, trade shows, and panels

About The Team

The Solutions Consulting team at Eightfold delivers spectacular interactions and experiences with our prospects, customers, and partners. In a fast-paced environment, we focus on continuous learning, outstanding performance, and results. We work with companies and organizations across the globe in a variety of industries. We have a very close relationship with our Engineering and Product teams and are encouraged to build long-term relationships within our network of customers. We will consider applicants with HR/TA practitioner experience if they are willing to move into a career in Solutions Consulting.

About The Role

What you will do:

• Work with our Sales Team and Account Executives to consult with customers and define, measure, and execute functional and technical sales discussions
• Discover, identify, and present to prospects and customers how our solutions can transform and future proof current business processes
• Create and lead demonstrations and workshops to cultivate a deep understanding of our market-leading solution
• Provide technical and functional guidance during the sales process to the sales team and potential customers and ensure consistent deal execution and closure
• Influence our product strategy by effectively communicating feedback from customers and prospects, as well as working with the product team to develop new product features
• Lead the design and delivery of solutions for prospects and customers
• Maintain customer relationships pre and post-sale through continuous support
• Communicate the technology vision to business leaders
• Represent our company at marketing events, industry trade shows, and panels

• Experience with demo automation software is a plus
• Exceptional presentation skills in English is a must, with fluency in other European languages desirable
