Job summary

Eightfold seeks a Solutions Consultant to collaborate with the Sales Team, define and run technical and functional sales discussions, and present our AI-powered Talent Intelligence platform to customers. You will develop demonstrations, guide customers through the sales cycle, and influence product direction with customer feedback.

The role emphasizes strong communication, client-facing experience, and a passion for the startup ecosystem and AI technology.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and technical skills in English are required.
• Experience in Solutions Consulting/Sales Engineering is preferred.
• Background in Talent Intelligence, Human Capital Management, Talent Acquisition or Talent Management is desirable.
