Job summary

Grafana Labs in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect (Professional Services) to join our world‑class Customer Experience team. This hands‑on role focuses on helping customers solve complex problems and accelerate adoption with Grafana at the center.

You’ll be a trusted technical partner, guiding onboarding, implementation, and expansion with white‑glove support and proven strategies across our global customer base.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering deployment engrs or professional services.
• Direct experience with observability (o11y) stacks and Grafana products.
• Strong ability to translate requirements into scalable design.
• Excellent communication with customers, partners and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead with authentic guidance and serve as trusted technical partner.
• Onboard, implement, and expand customer engagements with white‑glove support.
• Design solutions: data visualization, workflows, migrations, enterprise scale.
• Act as functional lead, document requirements and workshop with customers.
• Stay current on Grafana Labs tech and advocate for best practices.
