Job summary

Spectro Cloud is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join our expanding EMEA team in the United Kingdom. You will guide complex conversations, design architectures leveraging Palette, Palette Vertex, and PaletteAI, and articulate business value to executives.

This role demands deep Kubernetes, cloud-native expertise, and strong stakeholder communication. Based in the UK with travel as needed, you will drive adoption across sectors including telecoms, healthcare, and finance, influencing

Qualifications

6+ years in Solutions Architecture or similar roles.
Kubernetes expertise; CKA preferred.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Terraform, Git, Helm, YAML) and auth (SSO, RBAC).
Experience with one major public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Proven track record in structured discovery and value-based sales (BANT, MEDDPICC).
Strong presentation skills for technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales to support enterprise opportunities across EMEA.
Lead technical discovery sessions, demos, and value engagements.
Translate requirements into architectures using Palette, Palette Vertex, PaletteAI.
Deliver workshops to technical and executive stakeholders; frame solutions by ROI and business outcomes.
Provide field feedback to influence product direction and GTM strategy.
Represent Spectro Cloud at industry events across EMEA.
