Publica by IAS is seeking a Sr. Solutions Architect to join our Publisher Operations team. You will engage with enterprise clients, map needs to platform capabilities, and oversee the delivery of ad tech solutions across CTV/OTT, header bidding, SSAI, and openRTB integrations.

Hybrid, full-time role in a fast-growing ad tech environment. You will translate complex data into actionable insights, drive customer success, and collaborate with product and engineering to scale our connected TV

Qualifications

• 10+ years of ad tech experience as described in the posting.
• Strong command of video ad serving, openRTB, SSAI, header bidding, and programmatic advertising.
• Experience working with high touch and highly technical clients in enterprise settings.

We’re looking for a **Sr., Solutions Architect** to join our **Publisher Operations** team. We are looking for someone who thrives at early-stage companies and is comfortable wearing a few hats to move things forward. You ideally have significant ad tech experience, are obsessed with delivering customer satisfaction, have built automation & efficiency tools, and are hungry to grow revenue for your clients through unique solutions. You are comfortable with learning about new technologies and features, speaking to clients directly, pitching platform adoption, and working closely with a highly technical team. The **Sr.,** **Solutions Architect** will have strong technical aptitude, problem solving skills, critical thinking, and communication skills that can oversee all aspects of customer service as they leverage Publica to power their CTV/OTT video business. You will be engaging with customers regularly, deep diving into data and running analyses, responding to a wide range of customer inquiries, becoming an expert with all products, funneling feedback from clients to our product and engineering team, and ultimately be responsible for the growth of accounts. **What You'll Need:*** 10+ years of ad tech experience with a solid track record of delivering best in class customer service.* Strong command and knowledge of video ad serving, openRTB, SSAI, header bidding, programmatic advertising, and the technologies that power them all* Experience working with high touch and highly technical clients to understand their needs and working with different teams to resolve issues from pre-sales all the way to post-sales and full scale implementation across enterprise clients* Exposure in a multitude of ad tech user interfaces (ie ad servers, SSP platforms, DSP platforms, etc)* Proven experience with object oriented programming, tool development, and automation* Able to deliver insights by way of data, reports, and/or presentations by working with large data sets and the tools to query them (MySQL, Amazon Athena)* Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving ability and ability to take complicated technical concepts and explain them in a straightforward way* History of driving projects forward and identifying areas for improvements, both internally and externally **About Publica**We are a team of entrepreneurs & tech developers embarked on a crazy adventure to become the leading video advertising technology for internet-powered devices.
