Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Solution Architect (Manager) to lead multi-skilled agile teams in designing and delivering high quality solutions that delight customers and positively impact users worldwide. You will partner with customer architects to align functional and non-functional designs and communicate technical trade-offs clearly.

In this leadership role you will coach and develop staff, set objectives, and drive performance reviews while shaping policy, standards, and technology choices.

Qualifications

• Has delivered software designs for multi-tiered modern software applications.
• Understands whole solution architecture concepts and can communicate these with customer architects.
• Can prioritize non-functional concerns for customers and incorporate them into design.
• Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, including SaaS and PaaS offerings.
• Able to communicate technical designs clearly in conversation, documentation and presentations.
• Able to make effective decisions within fast-moving delivery.
• Demonstrates ability to coach and develop junior team members.
