Job summary

Kainos seeks a Low Code Solution Architect (Manager) to lead multi-disciplinary delivery teams in designing and delivering high-quality Low Code solutions that delight customers and improve user outcomes globally.

You will work with customer architects to align functional and non-functional designs, estimate effort, and address technical implications. You will coach and develop staff, and help advance policy and standards while exploring new technologies.

Qualifications

• Delivered Low Code designs and architectures.
• Understands whole solution architecture concepts and can communicate with customer architects.
• Prioritises non-functional concerns in application design.
• Experience with intelligent automation projects including architecture, estimation, product planning and user story creation.
• Able to clearly communicate solution design in conversation, documentation and presentations.
• Decisive in fast-moving delivery environments.
• Expertise in Low Code concepts and products such as Power Platform or Dynamics 365.
• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), SaaS and PaaS offerings.
• Experience in coaching and developing team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-skilled delivery teams to design and deliver Low Code solutions.
• Collaborate with customer architects to agree functional and non-functional designs and advise on effort and complexity.
• Coach and develop staff, focusing on performance and career growth.
• Provide direction for the team and mentor peers on new technologies and approaches.
• Contribute to policy and standards and share knowledge across the community.
