• Proven ability to develop junior team members and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-skilled agile teams to design and deliver high quality software solutions.
• Collaborate with customer architects to agree functional and non-functional designs.
• Estimate effort, assess technical implications and complexity of designs for stakeholders.
• Coach and develop staff, providing direction and leadership for the team.
• Mentor peers and contribute to policy and standards for technology choices.
