Job summary

Adobe is seeking a Senior Solution Architect for its Professional Services team in EMEA. The role can be based in London, Paris or Germany and focuses on modernizing content operations using CMS/AEM, AI-enabled workflows, and content supply chain strategies. Travel across EMEA up to 30% is expected.

You will lead discovery, shape roadmaps, and present to executives and technical audiences, translating complex needs into strategic direction and real business value.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in consulting, professional services, pre-sales, delivery, or enterprise digital transformation.
• Around 10+ years of relevant customer-facing experience in solutioning, scoping, advisory work, or strategic consulting.
• Strong experience with enterprise CMS platforms, with Adobe Experience Manager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to understand objectives, requirements, constraints and success measures.
• Capture needs into clear solution strategies, proposals, and roadmaps.
• Create customer-ready presentations and narratives showing Adobe value.
• Help modernize content operations through Content Supply Chain and AI-enabled workflows.
• Advise on architecture approaches, integration patterns, and governance across CMS environments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Product and Partners to shape opportunities.
