Job summary

VBeyond Europe is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to own end-to-end solution architecture across multiple workstreams in a complex banking transformation. You will define event-driven patterns, govern integration, and lead architecture boards with both onshore and offshore teams.

The role requires 10–15 years total experience, including 5+ years as a Solution Architect, and strong Payments/KYC domain knowledge along with regulatory compliance exposure.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years total experience with 5+ years as Solution Architect.
• Proven track record in large banking/financial services transformations.
• Strong exposure to Payments, KYC, Billing, Treasury, Operations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture and high-level designs across all workstreams.
• Define and govern event-driven patterns (Kafka, async processing).
• Manage cross-domain dependencies and ensure integration consistency.
• Provide architecture governance, design approvals, and CAB stakeholder engagement.
• Partner with Integration, Data, and offshore Solution Architects.
• Ensure solutions meet NFRs: scalability, resilience, security, regulatory compliance.
• Lead design workshops, vendor reviews, and architecture boards.
• Maintain architecture roadmap and technical debt management.
