Job summary

Falcon Smart IT Limited is seeking a Generalist Solution Architect in London to lead end-to-end architecture for RTL & Payments Transformation within a hybrid setup. You will govern event-driven patterns, manage cross-domain dependencies, and engage CAB stakeholders across onshore and offshore teams.

The role requires 10–15 years total experience with at least 5+ years as a Solution Architect, and strong exposure to Payments, KYC, Billing, and related domains.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years total experience, with 5+ years as Solution Architect.
• Experience in large banking/financial services transformation programs.
• Strong exposure to multiple domains: Payments, KYC, Billing, Treasury, Operations.
• Familiarity with CRM (Dynamics), billing, transaction monitoring, and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture across RTL & Payments Transformation.
• Define and govern event-driven architecture patterns (Kafka/event streaming, async processing).
• Manage cross-domain dependencies and ensure integration consistency.
• Provide architecture governance, design approvals, and CAB stakeholder engagement.
• Partner with Integration Architect, Data Architect, and offshore Solution Architects.
• Ensure solutions meet NFRs scalability, resilience, security, regulatory compliance.
• Lead design workshops, vendor reviews, and architecture boards.
• Maintain architecture roadmap and technical debt management.
