• Experience with onshore leadership roles and offshore delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture and HLD across workstreams.
• Define and govern event-driven architecture patterns.
• Manage cross-domain dependencies and integration consistency.
• Provide architecture governance and design approvals.
• Lead design workshops, vendor reviews, and architecture boards.
