Job summary

La-Fosse-1 is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to join our architecture function in London on a hybrid basis. The role supports a major technology transformation, cloud adoption, AI initiatives and business-critical projects across the enterprise.

You will design scalable, secure solutions, translate business needs into technology, and mentor teams while collaborating with senior stakeholders and delivery partners. This position sits in the legal industry with significant impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in greenfield or low-maturity architectures and establishing architecture practices.
• Strong experience delivering solution architecture in complex enterprise environments.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft technologies, cloud services and SaaS platforms.
• Experience producing HLDs and reviewing technical designs.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to join a growing architecture function during a significant technology transformation programme. This role offers the opportunity to help shape architecture capability, supporting modernisation, cloud adoption, AI initiatives, and business‑critical transformation projects.

Operating across a broad remit, you will work closely with senior business stakeholders, technical teams, product owners and delivery functions to design scalable, secure and commercially effective solutions.

• Strong experience in Solution Architecture within complex enterprise environments.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft technologies, cloud services and SaaS platforms.
• Experience delivering application, integration and cloud architecture solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both C‑suite executives and technical teams.
• Experience producing HLDs and reviewing technical designs.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integration patterns and enterprise application architecture.
• Experience supporting cloud transformation, application modernisation and migration initiatives.
• Exposure to AI technologies, Microsoft AI services or enterprise AI programmes.
• Broad architectural mindset with the ability to contribute across solution, enterprise, data and business architecture domains.
• Experience working within TOGAF‑aligned or similar architecture frameworks.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
