Job summary

La Fosse Associates in London is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead architecture through a major technology transformation. You will shape architecture capability, drive cloud adoption, AI initiatives and business-critical projects across a broad remit.

You will collaborate with C-suite and delivery teams to design scalable, secure solutions, establish governance, and mentor architecture capability across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in greenfield or low-maturity architecture environments.
• Strong experience in Solution Architecture within complex enterprise environments.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft technologies, cloud services and SaaS platforms.
• Experience delivering application, integration and cloud architecture solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both C-suite executives and technical teams.
• Experience producing HLDs and reviewing technical designs.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integration patterns and enterprise application architecture.
• Experience supporting cloud transformation, application modernisation and migration initiatives.
• Exposure to AI technologies, Microsoft AI services or enterprise AI programmes.
• Broad architectural mindset with the ability to contribute across solution, enterprise, data and business architecture domains.
• Experience working within TOGAF-aligned or similar architecture frameworks.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to join a growing architecture function during a significant technology transformation programme.
