Job summary

La-Fosse-1 is seeking a Solution Architect to join a growing architecture function supporting a broad technology transformation programme in London. You will design scalable, secure, commercially effective solutions and work with senior business stakeholders, technical teams, product owners and delivery functions.

You will lead the creation of end-to-end designs, translate business requirements into practical technology solutions, and contribute to governance, patterns and best practices while

Qualifications

• Experience in Solution Architecture within complex enterprise environments.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft technologies, cloud services and SaaS platforms.
• Experience delivering application, integration and cloud architecture solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, able to engage C-suite and technical teams.
• Experience producing HLDs and reviewing technical designs.
• Solid understanding of APIs, integration patterns and enterprise architecture.
• Experience supporting cloud transformation, application modernization and migration initiatives.
• Exposure to AI technologies or enterprise AI programmes.
• Broad architectural mindset across solution, enterprise, data and business domains.
• Experience working with TOGAF-aligned or similar frameworks.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate technology options and provide recommendations for build vs buy decisions.
• Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, resilience and performance requirements.
• Mentor technical leads and support the development of architecture capability across the organisation.
