What You’ll Do
  1. Drive customer success and revenue growth by aligning SAP solutions with customer needs, fostering early engagement, and delivering impactful experiences that maximize customer value and ensure high renewal rates.
  2. Act as a subject matter expert on SAP Customer Experience cloud solutions, staying updated on product updates, new features, and industry trends.
  3. Engage with the account team to match customer needs with SAP solutions, support sales and adoption, and contribute to account strategy and differentiation.
  4. Develop and deliver compelling stories and demonstrations to illustrate differentiated business outcomes.
  5. Collaborate with customers and partners to co-create SAP visions, align messages, and build trust.
  6. Ensure world-class customer experiences, driving adoption and maximizing customer value.
  7. Support the value expansion and revenue growth process by exploring and communicating SAP solutions' added value.
Engagement in the Customer Lifecycle
  1. Ensure effective transition of deals to relevant teams and support continued adoption post-sale.
  2. Provide expertise during customer deployments and value realization.
What You Bring
  • Advanced technical or business skills in Customer Experience (CRM, Service, Commerce, Marketing).
  • Understanding of the lead-to-cash process; experience with retail processes is a plus.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously.
  • Storytelling skills to engage stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
