About the Team:

As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will report to the Solution Consulting Manager within a small UK-based team, supporting the sales activities of the Enterprise sales team as they engage with some of the largest life sciences companies worldwide. You will develop relationships with internal colleagues and customers to contribute to strategic planning, opportunity discovery, solution presentations, demonstrations, and responding to customer requests. This is a fully remote role, but travel to a Medidata office may be required.

Responsibilities:

1. Participate in account planning and strategy for successful adoption of Medidata products.
2. Conduct discovery sessions to identify critical business issues and position the value of the Medidata platform.
3. Prepare and deliver value-based presentations to all organizational levels, including standard and customized product demonstrations.
4. Understand customer technical infrastructure and business processes to become a trusted advisor.
5. Develop internal technical strategies and align externally with customer executives on joint execution plans for workshops, proofs of concept, pilots, and evaluations.
6. Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Professional Services teams to ensure customer success.
7. Travel within Europe and potentially globally.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or Computer Science preferred; relevant education or equivalent experience in the clinical trials sector is acceptable.
2. At least 5 years of experience in the life sciences industry, clinical trials, or medical/clinical operations, or equivalent experience.
