Senior Solicitor - Family Law - Bristol - 6-10 Years PQE

Location: Bristol (initially Regus-style office, moving to permanent offices as practice grows)

Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 (depending on experience)

A dynamic and expanding law firm is opening new offices in Bristol in April 2026 and is seeking a Senior Family Solicitor with 6-10 years' post-qualification experience to lead and build the practice. This is a unique opportunity to make your mark, establish a new office, and grow a team from the ground up.

The Role

You'll be responsible for:

  • Handling a full range of family law matters (excluding legal aid).
  • Leading the development of a new office and building a client base.
  • Driving business development initiatives and shaping the practice.
  • Managing and supervising junior colleagues.
  • Delivering high-quality client service and maintaining professional standards.
  • Contributing to the growth of the firm through leadership and innovation.
  • Opportunity to bring your own paralegal to support you in building the practice.
Candidate Requirements

This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:

  • 6-10 years PQE in family law, with broad all-rounder experience.
