Job summary

Thompsons Solicitors is seeking a Senior Lawyer to join our Employment Rights team in London. You will manage a variety of large and complex employment rights cases from start to finish, applying your expertise to influence case outcomes.

You will also undertake advocacy in the Employment Tribunal at the case management stage and, within a collaborative team, supervise and mentor junior colleagues. We value experienced professionals with a deep understanding of Employment Law, strong ET/EAT

The role

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to manage a variety of large and complex employment rights cases, using your judgment and expertise to make daily decisions that significantly impact the cases you handle. You will also undertake advocacy in the Employment Tribunal (ET) at the case management stage. Working within a collaborative team, you’ll provide support to other team members, while also offering supervision and mentorship to junior colleagues.
