Job summary

Thompsons Solicitors is seeking a Senior Lawyer to join our Employment Rights team in London. You will manage a variety of large and complex employment rights cases from start to finish, applying your expertise to influence case outcomes.

You will also undertake advocacy in the Employment Tribunal at the case management stage and, within a collaborative team, supervise and mentor junior colleagues. We value experienced professionals with a deep understanding of Employment Law, strong ET/EAT

Qualifications

• Qualified professional with solid understanding of Employment Law.
• Experience handling Employment Tribunal (ET) and Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT) litigation.
• Strong leadership, clear communication and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage large and complex employment rights cases from start to finish.
• Undertake advocacy in the Employment Tribunal (ET) at the case management stage.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to junior colleagues while supporting the team.
