Novap HR in Winnersh is seeking an experienced Senior Family Law Solicitor to join a supportive team. You will manage Family Law matters including non-molestation orders, child arrangements, divorces and private children cases, while delivering high-quality legal services to clients.

Job Type: Hybrid - 2 days Onsite

A well-established Family Law Firm in Winnersh is looking for an experienced Family Law Solicitor to join its supportive team. The firm is known for its client-focused approach, professional development opportunities, and commitment to delivering high-quality legal services in a supportive working environment.

We are open to candidates who do not currently hold supervision accreditation but are willing to work towards obtaining it.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Family Law matters including Non-Molestation Orders, Child Arrangements, Divorce and Private Children cases.
• Provide excellent legal advice and client care.
• Prepare court applications, witness statements and legal documents.
• Manage Legal Aid applications through CCMS.
• Support and supervise paralegals and other team members.
• Work towards obtaining supervision accreditation if not already accredited.

Requirements

• Solicitor qualification recognised in England and Wales
• Relevant accreditation for Supervising, or must be willing to obtain
• Must have, minimum 5 years PQE
• Prior experience working in legal aid (CCMS)
• Detailed, organised, able to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Team player that is willing to help other team members
• Confident in using IT and different software
• Excellent drafting, communication, and client care skills
