Job summary

Law Staff is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join our well-established Family Law team in London, with offices in North and Central London. The role offers hybrid working, 28 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, a birthday day off, healthcare, admin support, and a firm-provided laptop and mobile.

You will be supported with annual appraisals, salary reviews, and training opportunities. Key responsibilities include care proceedings and PLO matters, private Children Law disputes, divorce

Responsibilities

• Care Proceedings and Public Law Outline (PLO) matters
• Private Children Law disputes, including child arrangements and parental responsibility issues
• Domestic abuse matters, including Non-Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders
• Divorce and financial remedy proceedings
• General family law matters, including issues affecting unmarried couples and cohabitation disputes
• Undertake advocacy work when required
