Job summary

Cobalt Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing renewable energy business to recruit a Senior Solar PV Project Manager for commercial PV, BESS and EV charging projects across the UK. You will lead delivery from site assessment through commissioning, coordinating clients, contractors and internal teams to ensure safe, on-time, within-budget outcomes.

The role requires strong end-to-end project delivery experience in C&I solar PV, knowledge of DNO applications, and robust commercial/contract

Qualifications

Proven experience managing multiple C&I solar PV installations.
End-to-end knowledge of C&I solar PV project delivery.
Experience with DNO applications, construction and commissioning.
Strong commercial and contract management experience.
Knowledge of CDM 2015 and Health & Safety requirements.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple C&I solar PV projects concurrently from site assessment through commissioning and handover.
Coordinate clients, contractors, DNOs and internal teams to deliver on time and within budget.
Oversee project budgets, variations, programmes and commercial performance.
Ensure health & safety compliance with CDM 2015 across all projects.
Provide clear project reporting and manage risks and delivery challenges.
Support delivery of C&I Solar PV, BESS and EV charging programmes.
