Job summary

Randox Laboratories Ltd in Antrim is seeking a Software Test Manager to lead the Software Test Engineering Team within the Engineering department. Qualifications

• Degree in software-related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Software Test
• Software management experience
• Knowledge of software lifecycle and verification processes
• Experience using ALM/PLM tools to track, trace and deliver testing
• Experience with bug tracking software (JIRA, SpiraPlan, Zephyr)
• Experience with automated test tools (Ranorex, Playwright, Selenium, TestComplete)
• Ability to develop source code/scripts in at least one language
• Knowledge of IEC 62304, ISO 14971, ISO 13485 and usability standards
• Experience in regulated environments

Responsibilities

• Lead the Software Test Engineering Team and supervise daily activities
• Coordinate test requirements with Engineering and R&D teams
• Develop test strategies for software products
• Create and execute verification test cases for standalone software
• Report project status to management and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and international standards
• Participate in risk assessments (e.g., FMEA) for projects
• Support training and development of staff
