Job summary

Arm Limited is seeking a Senior Software Technology Manager to lead software enablement and optimization for key customers, shaping strategies and roadmaps across Arm's software ecosystem. You will work with internal teams and external vendors to tailor solutions that align with market needs, while evangelising Open Source communities and driving product plans.

You will join our Central Engineering Software group, bridging Arm technologies with practical delivery across multiple market segments.

Qualifications

Experience creating and managing software requirements in a product delivery context.
Ability to articulate ideas clearly with teams, customers and suppliers to define strategic plans.
Software development experience across firmware/OS/application domains.
Motivation to work independently as part of a distributed technology management team.
Willingness to travel up to 25% internationally.

Responsibilities

Evaluate the full value chain of hardware, software and systems for customers and partners.
Translate market needs into concrete product plans and roadmaps.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to prioritise features.
Conduct competitive analysis to position Arm-based solutions.
Engage open-source communities and inform customers and sales teams about the software offering.
